Delete your SagoSync account

This page explains how to request deletion of the account used by SagoSync — Drive Folder Sync
(package com.sagolink.sagosync), published by SagoLink Co., Ltd.
In the app
If you still have SagoSync installed, this is immediate and needs no email: open Account, tap Delete account, and confirm. You are signed out as soon as it completes.
If you have already uninstalled the app
- Send an email to sagosync@sagolink.com with the subject “Delete my SagoSync account”.
- Send it from the same Google account address you signed in to SagoSync with. That is how we confirm the request is yours; we do not ask you for a password.
- You will receive a confirmation once the deletion is complete. We act without undue delay and within 30 days of verifying the request.
If you cannot send mail from that address, write from any address and say which account you mean — we will reply with an alternative way to verify it.
What is deleted, and what is kept

The Google account identifier is overwritten with a value that can never match a real Google account, and the email address is removed. What remains is a row that identifies nobody and exists only so the retained purchase records below still have something to point at. Signing in again with the same Google account creates a genuinely new account. |

Data that deletion does not cover
- Files in your Google Drive. SagoSync never keeps a cloud copy of your files, so there is nothing on our side to delete. Files already copied to your Drive stay in your Drive and are yours to manage.
- Data on your phone. Uninstalling SagoSync removes everything the app stored on the device — folder pairs, backup conditions, sync index, transfer history, session.
- Google Drive access. Revoke it yourself at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
